View The Gap Year on Lewis_E's travel map.

Hey guys heres a very brief one on the photos taken during our Intrepid tour of Eastern Europe, I have decided to pick a few photos out of the lot that standout more rather than upload a month worth of photos. The time we spent in the three countries was amazing and we were blessed to have fine weather and good travel companions.

The photo previews are below or you can view the full gallery by clicking here

Budapest, Hungary

The picture of the shoes on the Danube is quite an airy scene, it is a monument dedicated to the Jewish people that lost their lives by being shot into the river during World War II

Egar, Hungary

The pictures from the country side of Maramures were step back in time, from the detailed wooden monastery, green pastures beautiful sunny day. It was definitely one to remember

Brasov, Romania

Brasov was a great city that stood out with its colourful history you can also throw in the not so scary Draculas Castle.

Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria

Our brief time here in the former capital was spent over looking some epic views.

Bansko, Bulgaria

Ascending to the high mountains and not long before the end of eastern europe we managed to catch more stunning scenery of fresh lakes, rocky terrain and dense forests.

I hope you enjoyed viewing some of the photos and also feel free to browse though any of my other photos on my Google+ or Flickr page and the next set from Istanbul I promise you is going to be huge.
